On May 22, 2018, after several rounds of evaluation, INFINAIR CORPORATION won the "After-sales Service Certification", and the comprehensive rating reached the "five-star". The service scope includes INFINAIR centrifugal fan, axial fan, rooftop fan, electrical self-control cabinet distribution, technical support, maintenance services, complaint handling and corresponding systems.

INFINAIR's after-sales team uses the "Eagle Service" as a logo to provide customers with one-stop service and a nationwide service network is available. The average age of the team is 34 years old, and they have experience of more than six years. The senior engineers have more than ten years of onsite service experience. More than 50% of the personnel have undergraduate or college-level degree, and generally hold special operating certificates such as "Electrical Engineer Certificate ", "Electrician Certificate", and "Non-Destructive flaw detection Certificate".
