    1. Warranty Statement:
    INFINAIR CORPORATION WARRANTS THE INFINAIR® PRODUCTS TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS SINCE THE EX-WORKS DATE. SHOULD ANY PRODUCTS PROVE DEFECTIVE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PARTS WOULD BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED AT OUR OPTION.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLR FOR ANY OTHER COSTS OR LOSSES.

2. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability Clauses
The warranty is void in case of:
2.1 The actual operating conditions deviating from those defined in the contract, including but not limited to temperature, corrosion, and power supply and system resistance.
2.2 Damages caused by improper handling or storage.
2.3 Damages or failures resulting from improper maintenance, jobsite accidents, no thermal overload protection, long period of reverse motor rotation and other activities inconsistent with the Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual.
2.4 Repairs or constructional modifications without the producer’s permit.
2.5 The serial number altered, removed or incorrect.
3. If additional warranty terms are confirmed in choosing INFINIAR products, these terms together with the contract shall govern.
